My aim is to eliminate your computer problems as painlessly as possible. This means a low fee at the end of the job, a place that suits you, and a time that suits you. When you call or e-mail me with work to be done, the priority is finding a time that suits you, not me, which is why you can usually find an appointment on any day of the week (except Sundays), and certainly without the long wait times that are expected from many competitors. It's also no problem for you to drop the PC off any time of the day, with a note as to what you would like done and when you want it back.

Repairs cost just a very competitive $70 per hour including GST. However, you don't sacrifice on quality or efficiency here. I strive to get your job done skillfully and quickly, saving you time and money. There's no callout fee, just a very small but necessary travel charge of $0.50 per KM.
